Brazil Okays Biotech Corn

Monsanto and Bayer CropScience have gotten the green light to begin producing and selling biotech corn in Brazil, according to the National Biosafety Commission. Last year, the Commission approved Bayer's LibertyLink corn, but a federal court in the state of Parana, where there is opposition to biotech crops, blocked its commercial approval.
