MONSANTO PURCHASES NC+ SEEDS

NC+ Hybrids announced that it has been acquired by American Seeds, Inc., a holding company formed by Monsanto Company in the fall of 2004.
NC+ Hybrids, based in Lincoln, NE, will be a distinct operating subsidiary and run as an independent brand.
