Bunge Limited and DuPont offer a new soybean oil with little or no trans fat called NUTRIUM Low Lin Soybean Oil. Bunge expects to produce 20 million pounds in 2005 and plans to scale up to 1 billion pounds by 2009. The new Pioneer variety features oil with a low linolenic acid profile of less than 3%.
