Fast-Track Could Expire
Feb 1, 2005 12:00 PM, Compiled By Greg Lamp
Trade promotion authority (TPA), or fast-track authority, expires this summer. The Bush administration will need to request an extension by March 1 and TPA renews automatically unless one house of Congress rejects it, according to Doane's.
